Hiring breaks between tools, not inside them.

The headcount lives in a form. The job lives on a board. The candidates live in a spreadsheet. The offer lives in a Word template, the signature in an email thread, and onboarding in someone's memory. Each handoff loses a day and a detail. offish puts the sequence in one system with one record per person.

The workflow, in six stages.

  1. 01

    Headcount

A manager requests a seat. Their own manager approves or declines. Replacements for an existing seat skip approval unless the role, grade or employment type changes.

  2. 02

    Requisition and posting

The approved seat becomes a requisition with the pay grade attached. Post it to your careers page, or pull it into your own site with the Careers API.

  3. 03

    Screening and interviews

Candidates apply with a complete offish profile. Screen in one queue, schedule interviews, and record each panel's decision against the candidate.

  4. 04

    Offer

Draft the offer from the requisition. offish checks gross salary against the pay grade. Inside the band, it goes to the candidate; outside, it routes to the approving manager first. Sent offers are never edited in place; a change is a new revision with a clear trail.

  5. 05

    Contract and signature

The accepted offer generates the contract from your template. Signatories sign in the order you set, candidate first by default. Hire is recorded when the contract is executed, not before.

  6. 06

    Onboarding and offboarding

Pre-start tasks begin at acceptance so IT and payroll are ready on day one. At separation the checklist runs in reverse, the person is disconnected, and their statutory records are sealed to their profile.

Three roles, no training course.

01

Manager

Requests headcount, tags vacancies, interviews, chooses the hire.

02

Approving manager

Approves headcount and any offer outside the pay band.

03

HR

Owns requisitions, postings, templates, contracts, onboarding and the record of every decision.

Finance, IT and other back-office staff get read access where they need it, without the power to change hiring decisions.

You own your process. They own their record.

Your organization owns its requisitions, interview notes, approvals, templates and internal evaluations. Nothing internal leaves with a departing employee unless you choose to share it.

The person owns their profile and the statutory documents you are required to give them anyway. offish files those to their profile for you, which removes the certificate-of-employment and 2316 requests from HR's inbox.

Each organization's data sits in its own isolated database in Singapore. You can export it in full at any time.

Fits the tools you already run.

  • Careers API for embedding live postings on your own website.
  • Payroll export to spreadsheet.

Your questions, answered.

How long does setup take?

Importing an existing employee list is a spreadsheet upload.

Do our candidates need an offish account?

To apply with one click, yes, and it is free for them. Candidates can also apply with a plain form on your careers page, and an Individual profile is created when they accept an offer.

Can we keep using our own contract templates?

Yes. HR uploads templates with merge fields, and the contract is generated from the approved offer.

What if a manager leaves?

Their open requests and approvals are reassigned by HR in one step. Nothing is lost with the person.

Is this compliant with the Data Privacy Act?

Designed to support your Data Privacy Act obligations: consent at sign-up, purpose-limited sharing, export and deletion on request. The Security page has the detail.
